Minimal_Page Layout

Before i started to create the magazine in Indesign i wanted to see if the size was appropriate and to see how the chapters would flow. The format is of a standard bound magazine, however i wanted something that was much smaller in size. The dimensions being 185mm x 235mm. This size allows the reader to carry the magazine with ease: in their hand, under the arm or in their handbag. Most standard size magazines are heavy and very flimsy. This has structure and importance. Its not something you buy and crease. The size also goes with the minimalism theme and will also reduce cost/ climate damage with distribution.
